Loved the seasonal outdoor pool and helpful bar staff but struggled with weak Wi-Fi.

During my stay, I enjoyed a lovely morning by the pool, taking in views of the surrounding vineyards. The atmosphere was peaceful, and I appreciated the bar service by the pool. We even took a walk down to the river, among the vines, which felt like a hidden treasure. The experience felt fulfilling, connecting with the local landscape. Being from Rome, I found a nice blend of familiarity and exploration in this unique setting.

The lack of more wall outlets in the room made charging devices a little tricky. Also, the room was a bit warm at times, which was not ideal.

The room was cozy and had a stunning view of the Douro River. It felt modern and clean, with a nice balcony to soak in the scenery. The pillows were super soft, but it was a little warm at times, and there were no coffee-making facilities. Still, I enjoyed the space overall!

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the delicious breakfast with fresh juice and the stunning river views from my room. I did find the bathroom layout a bit odd. privacy was a concern due to the glass window between the bedroom and bathroom, which was not great. I would definitely come back for another visit!

The bathroom design could use some rethinking with more privacy!!! Wi-Fi connectivity is unreliable, making work difficult. Limited parking spaces during peak times create unnecessary stresses!!! Housekeeping cleanliness could improve across the board!!!

Delayed service in the restaurant really impacted our dining experience. we waited too long for our food, and the children's menu could have included lighter options. The lack of a bathroom door was quite strange, as it compromised privacy during our stay. Overall, the staff did their best, but there is room for improvement in service timing and attention to detail in the dining experience.

We had a delightful stay, enjoying a stunning river view from our balcony. The dinner served at the on-site restaurant was beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. Don’t miss the tapas at lunchtime. they’re perfect for a light snack. Just be prepared for a warm room if the weather is hot!
